Targeted direct mail

Direct mail is one of the most reliable and efficient methods to reach your target audience. It enables you to develop your brand, to approach your customers in a very targeted manner and to measure the effects of your marketing efforts. The information you collect about your customers is therefore worth its weight in gold. Consumers have their own characteristics and needs, and in marketing a one-size-fits-all approach rarely brings a high return on investment.

 

With a fully personalized direct mail you can address your customers 1-on-1, but that requires an extensive, tightly organized customer database. A segmented approach, or targeted marketing, allows you to approach your customer groups in a targeted manner, even if you have not (yet) collected a lot of different data about your customers. A targeted DM campaign is also a great tool to supplement your database step-by-step and in a structured manner with valuable customer information.
